01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and Venus4D (hereinafter referred to as "Venus4D", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at venus4d.cam.

By accessing the Venus4D website, registering an account, making deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Venus4D platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Venus4D platform.

Venus4D operates as an English-language online gaming platform principally targeting players in Malaysia, including but not limited to players located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other localities across Malaysia. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the Venus4D Platform, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Venus4D strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one active account on the Venus4D Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by name, address, IP address, device fingerprint, payment instrument, or any other identifying marker — are prohibited.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether placed through Venus4D or through any third-party responsible gambling programme, that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
5. Own Account: You must be registering and operating an account in your own name and for your own personal use. Managing accounts on behalf of third parties, or allowing third parties to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.
6. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment details — must be true, accurate, and current.

04 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

Account registration on the Venus4D Platform requires the provision of a valid email address or mobile phone number, a chosen username, a secure password, and personal identification details including your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a password that is unique, sufficiently complex, and not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered, as an additional layer of account security;
• Notify Venus4D customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

4.3 Account Responsibility

Venus4D shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless and until you have notified Venus4D of any suspected breach and Venus4D has confirmed suspension of the compromised account.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Venus4D accepts deposits via the following Malaysian and international payment methods:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect;
• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay;
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange);
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB (BEP-20).

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the Venus4D Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount isRM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent of MYR 30) unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion;
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• Venus4D does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, credit cards, or funds obtained through illegal means;
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly for e-wallets and DuitNow, within 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers, and subject to network confirmation times for cryptocurrency;
• Venus4D reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures to deposits that trigger AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring thresholds.

5.3 Currency

The Venus4D Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its primary currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Venus4D applies no additional conversion fee; however, network transaction fees applicable to cryptocurrency transfers are the responsibility of the depositing player.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To submit a withdrawal request on the Venus4D Platform, a Player must:

• Have completed the KYC verification process to Venus4D's satisfaction;
• Have a real-money balance (exclusive of uncleared bonus funds) sufficient to meet the minimum withdrawal amount;
• Not have any active investigation, pending verification, or account restriction applied to their account;
• Have fulfilled all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds held in their account.

6.2 Processing Times

Venus4D targets the following withdrawal processing times under normal operating conditions:

• E-Walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes;
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: 5–15 minutes;
• Direct bank wire transfer: 15–60 minutes.

These are target processing times, not guarantees. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method and are communicated within the Player's account dashboard. Players at Diamond and Royal Black Diamond VIP tiers are subject to individually negotiated limits.

6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

Where reasonably practicable, Venus4D will process withdrawals via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard AML control measure. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, Venus4D reserves the right to use an alternative verified method registered to the same account holder.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, and loyalty rewards offered on the Venus4D Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all Venus4D bonuses unless an individual promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available to one eligible account per household, IP address, device, and payment method;
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and displayed accordingly in your account dashboard;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• Venus4D reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to wagering requirements, and at what percentage. Contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's specific terms;
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited without notice;
• Venus4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already acrued by eligible Players.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

Venus4D offers new Players a choice of welcome bonus packages, including but not limited to the288% Magnificent Welcome (up to MYR 2,880), the 100% Standard Welcome (up to MYR 300), the 188% Esports Welcome (up to MYR 888), and the 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus (up to MYR 688). Each package carries distinct wagering requirements and minimum deposit thresholds as communicated on the bonus information pages.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Venus4D actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering predominantly on low-risk or excluded bet types to fulfil wagering requirements; coordinated play across multiple accounts to exploit the same promotion; and creation of duplicate accounts to claim bonus more than once. Where bonus abuse is identified, Venus4D reserves the right to void all bonus winings, forfeit bonus funds, and permanently close affected accounts.

08 Betting Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on the Venus4D Platform utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and represent long-term theoretical returns, not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

8.2 Sports Betting

Venus4D offers sports betting markets across football (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and international tournaments), UFC, esports, and other major sporting events. All sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant real-world event. In the event of disputes concerning match outcomes, Venus4D's decision — based on data from authorised sources — shall be final.

8.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Venus4D Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any programme designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input;
• Exploitation of software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Venus4D Platform;
• Any activity that Venus4D reasonably determines to constitute cheating, fraud, or bad faith.

8.4 Void Bets

Venus4D reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, that was accepted due to a system malfunction, or that was placed at materially incorrect odds resulting from a technical error. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.

09 Responsible Gambling

Venus4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to support players who may be at risk of developing or who are experiencing problem gambling behaviour. The following tools are available to all registered Players via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount you can deposit within a given period;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total net losses permitted within a specified timeframe;
• Session Time Limits: Notifications and automatic disconnection after a specified continuous play duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot access your account for gambling purposes;
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary permanent or long-term exclusion from the Venus4D Platform, processed within 24 hours of request submission.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Venus4D Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Venus4D", logos, trade marks, service marks, text, graphics, images, audio-visual content, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of Venus4D or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the Venus4D Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, or sold in any manner without the prior express written consent of Venus4D. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Venus4D concerning the Platform may be used by Venus4D without restriction or compensation to you.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Venus4D, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Venus4D Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Interruption of service or technical downtime affecting access to games or the ability to place bets;
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side;
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Venus4D Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by Venus4D

Venus4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any activity that raises AML or security concerns;
• Suspected use of automated software or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.3;
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

12.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Venus4D account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, Venus4D will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of real-money funds to your nominated payment method, provided all applicable verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds and winings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Venus4D reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts with a positive balance, as communicated in the account dashboard, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Venus4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice posted on the Venus4D website and, where practicable, via email to the address registered on the affected account, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Venus4D Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at venus4d.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates the version currently in force.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts or arbitration forums as determined by Venus4D's legal framework, consistent with internationally recognised standards for online gaming dispute resolution.

Venus4D operates in compliance with applicable international online gaming standards and maintains its platform with due regard for the legal frameworks relevant to Malaysian players. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration and use of the Platform.
